According to aT (Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation), the selenium and lysine in cabbage are healthy because they enhance immunity, prevent cancer, and help resolve gastroenteric troubles.
Cabbage is harvested in Korea from May to July. Thanks to its superb quality, it is actively exported overseas. Cabbage produced in Korea is well received in Japan, Taiwan, Russia, and other markets.
