Pulmuone’s Stir-fried NoodlesNo Need to Boil, Just Stir-fry

Korean food company Pulmuone has been steadily developing new products under the concept of “convenience food made with fresh ingredients.” Recently, it has released noodles that can be simply fried on a pan, so the entire cooking process takes only three minutes.

Most stir-fried noodle products have to be boiled first and then fried with sauce. In contrast to these products, all you have to do to have a bowl of Pulmuone’s noodles is to stir-fry the noodles with sauce. Despite skipping the boiling step, the noodles retain a chewy texture due to a special manufacturing technique.

Abundant Solid Ingredients and Delicious Sauce

The product comes in three flavors: Garlic Teriyaki Stir-fried Udon, Savory Stir-fried Noodles with Black Soybean Sauce, and Spicy Stir-fried Seafood Noodles.

Garlic Teriyaki Stir-fried Udon uses a sweet-and-salty teriyaki sauce and stir-fried garlic. It is rich in solid ingredients such as sliced garlic, red pepper, and green onion. Savory Stir-fried Noodles with Black Soybean Sauce contains many healthy ingredients such as cabbage, potato, and bamboo shoots. The sauce for Spicy Stir-fried Seafood Noodles is made with shrimp, squid, and other seafood and tastes spicy. 

A staff member of Pulmuone said, “Our new product shortens the cooking process by skipping the boiling stage. We hope that with our product, consumers will conveniently have delicious stir-fried noodles at home.”
