Add Flavor to Green Tea
Green tea is the leader of well-being foods. The catechin constituent of green tea increases the basal metabolic rate and reduces body fat. It is also known to be effective in fighting the AI virus and preventing cancer. Despite these advantages, many people avoid drinking green tea because of its distinctive acerbity. The Korean company Nokchawon has recently released a black bean powder green tea that adds black beans to the powdered green tea in order to reduce the bitter taste and make the tea more enjoyable.
Easy-to-Make Powder, Getting 100 Percent Good Content in Green Tea
Black bean powder green tea, produced by Nokchawon, is a powder green tea made from the young leaves of the tea grown in Boseong in Jeonnam-do and Sacheon in Gyeongsanam-do. Black beans are added to enrich the flavor of green tea. The product uses only two ingredients-green tea (90%) and black beans (10%)-and contains no chemical additives. What’s more, the powder tea is made by confrication-a method allowing digestion of even those components that are insoluble in water. Unlike tea bags that are only useful for brewing tea, powder tea can also be used as a food ingredient.
The green tea of Nokchawon has passed all the rigid procedures and obtained the European certification EU2092/91 and the American USDA-NOP from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The company has strong environmental protection values and uses paper packaging that allows the product to be stored in room temperature for 730 days. As the black bean powder green tea is being exported to China, the United States, and several other countries, Nokchawon is doing its best to produce the best grade of Korean green tea.
